There are two main elements to keyholding and alarm response. The first is the ‘keyholding’ element. This is physically holding keys to enable access to the premises by one of our SIA Licensed Security Officers. This is where we can help you by holding your keys in a secure manner in accordance with BS 7984 which are only available to authorised personnel.

For each customer we undertake a detailed site survey that enables us to design a set of assignment instructions that caters for any eventuality and therefore we should only be contacting you in the event of a fire, flood or theft.
