The provision of replacement staff falls within our responsibility and this is planned in a measured fashion through advanced preparation. We achieve this by the use of existing reception staff, job share techniques and effective management.
The appearance of all front of house staff is critical and we work closely with each customer to agree a style of dress that is commensurate with the environment they work within. This could be either a uniformed dress code throughout, sometimes including customer logos or simply an agreed level of smartness.
Reception staff will be assessed by us to ensure suitably through a thorough interview process and upon commencement of employment will be continuously measured for competency through inspections and annual appraisals.
