Residential Manned Guarding Services
Residential Manned Guarding provides customers with a permanent security presence that can be tailored to each individual requirement through the deployment of security personnel who are licensed under the Private Security Industry Act 2001.
Our licensed Security Officers provide protection to buildings, people and various assets working in accordance to a detailed assignment instruction that is designed in line with BS 10800 and BS 7499.

Our approach to residential manned guarding is to provide our customers with exceptional levels of a management support and high quality, specially selected security teams. Our manned guarding service is delivered through the following methods:
- Our own 24 hour Control Centre accredited to the British Standard
- A dedicated Account Manager
- Selective recruitment process where staff are employed with site-specific duties in mind
- A detailed mobilisation plan and communication strategy
- All Senior Management can be contacted 24 hours a day
- High levels of customer support by regular meetings, reviews and key performance indicators
- Independent external audits to test our security teams
Selecting suitable security officers
Prior to service delivery we will discuss in detail the site requirements and formulate a recruitment approach that fits with our customer’s vision.
All our staff are selected on a site-specific basis with each customer offered the opportunity to become involved in the recruitment process ensuring they are 100% satisfied.
We always recruit staff locally to the area in which the site is based ensuring stability within the team and a good knowledge of the local area.

We promptly recommended Mobile Patrols from our Slough Patrol & Response Team, assessing site vulnerabilities, setting up instructions per BS 7499-3 standards, and mobilising service the same day. Our Mobile Patrol Officer noticed an internal gate in the car park that could be secured, adding an extra layer of protection, which greatly impressed the client. The patrol service continued until the barrier was repaired, and, due to our proactive support, Regal Court later awarded us their Keyholding & Alarm Response contract.
