RISK MANAGEMENT SECURITY SERVICES 
Every office has a different security requirement which may be simply a keyholding and alarm response service or there may be a necessity for a team of security personnel to be permanently based on site; we are able to cater for this range of requirements.
Office security consists of many elements that contribute to the overall protection of the premises and our security teams undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the most effective levels of detection and prevention are in place. Our personnel will undertake:
- Monitoring and controlling entry and exit points to the premises, verifying the identity of employees, visitors, and contractors through physical checks, ID badges, or visitor logs
- Regular patrols of the building and its grounds to detect and deter criminal activity such as theft, vandalism, or unauthorised access
- Checks for safety hazards or maintenance issues, such fire, floods and building repairs
- Monitoring of CCTV cameras and/or alarm systems, responding to any activations or suspicious activity detected
- The assessment of situations and decide whether to take action or alert local authorities if necessary
- Emergency response, such as a fire, medical incident, or security breaches, manage evacuations, and coordinate with emergency services
- First aid or assist in managing critical situations until professional responders arrive
In addition to standard security duties, our teams often act as the first point of contact for employees, clients, or visitors, providing directions, answering questions, and general customer care.

Oxford Patrol & Response
Veeva Systems, a cloud-computing company in the pharmaceutical sector, sought enhanced security to protect employees during vulnerable times, such as after-hours and building lockdown. We met with Veeva to assess their needs and proposed a tailored security plan through our Oxford Patrol & Response Teams, leveraging our strong presence in Oxford Business Park. Following a detailed site survey, we developed assignment instructions and a risk assessment, approved by both parties. Since 2015, we have successfully adapted our services to support Veeva through office relocations, ensuring reliable protection and peace of mind.
Commercial Security
Regal Court Business Centre – Slough
Regal Court Business Centre in Slough required urgent security support after their barrier broke down. We promptly recommended Mobile Patrols from our Slough Patrol & Response Team, assessing site vulnerabilities, setting up instructions per BS 7499-3 standards, and mobilising service the same day. Our Mobile Patrol Officer noticed an internal gate in the car park that could be secured, adding an extra layer of protection, which greatly impressed the client. The patrol service continued until the barrier was repaired, and, due to our proactive support, Regal Court later awarded us their Keyholding & Alarm Response contract.
