Residential Keyholding & Alarm Response

At Risk Management Security, we understand that feeling safe and protected at home is unbelievably important. If you are often away from home, store high-value items in your home or just want to feel more secure, Risk is here to help.

There are two main elements to residential keyholding and alarm response. The first is the ‘keyholding’ element. This is physically holding keys to enable access to your home by one of our SIA Licensed Security Officers. This is where we can help you by holding your keys in a secure manner in accordance with BS 7984 which are only available to authorised personnel.

The second element is the ‘alarm response’ aspect. This is when a response is required to your home and our Patrol & Response Team attend 24 hours a day 365 days a year to manage any activations as they occur.

For each customer, we undertake a detailed site survey that enables us to design a set of assignment instructions that caters for any eventuality and therefore we should only be contacting you in the event of a fire, flood or theft.
