• Monitoring CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities and responding quickly to potential security breaches
• Regular patrolling of premises
• Enforcing safety procedures, ensuring that warehouse operations comply with safety regulations
• Acting as first responders in the event of accidents or emergencies
• Preventing shrinkage (loss due to theft or damage) is a major function
• Ensuring inventory is correctly accounted for and that goods are properly stored
• Responding to alarm activations, fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
• Coordination with local authorities or emergency responders when necessary
• Providing escort services for high-value goods during movement within the facility to ensure safety
• Acting as a Banksman for vehicle control
