Keyholding & Alarm Response

We provide keyholding and alarm response services to a wide range of monitored alarms and CCTV systems.

The first responsibility is the ‘keyholding’. This is physically holding keys to enable access to the premises by one of our SIA Licensed Security Officers. This is where we can help you by holding your keys in a secure manner in accordance with BS 7984 which are only available to authorised personnel.

The second duty of ours is the ‘alarm response’. So when an alarm is triggered and a response to your premises is required - our Patrol & Response Team will attend. We manage any activations as they occur 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so you don't have to.

How Our Keyholding & Alarm Response Works

We Prevent

For each customer we undertake a detailed site survey that enables us to design a set of assignment instructions that caters for any eventuality.

We strategically introduce our branded security signage as a highly effective deterrent.

 

We Respond

As soon as our 24 hour Control Centre receive notification from the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) of an activation, an Officer from our Patrol & Response Team will be immediately dispatched to the premises.

Upon arrival our Officer will conduct a thorough check of the building to ascertain the cause of the alarm. If it is a false alarm the Officer will liaise with the ARC and reset the system.

Our trained Officers will deal with any situation from a simple reset of the alarm system, to a potentially dangerous occurrence.
Unless there is a major incident, you don’t even need to be disturbed.

 

We Protect

If a break-in has occurred we will make arrangements for “boarding up” of windows and doors where necessary after liaising with the Police and alarm company.

Subsequently, for any window, door or lock damage, we will arrange for an approved locksmith or glazier to carry out essential repairs.

The following day a report is provided with full details of the incident and the action taken by our Officer.
