Risk Management Security Services was established in 1981 and we are still privately owned by our founder John Herring. We have developed into a market leader in the Thames Valley area and in recent years have extended our coverage into other areas within the South East. We specialise in the provision of high-quality security solutions that include Manned Guarding, Mobile Patrols, Dog Handling, Keyholding and Alarm Response.

We have maintained a policy of structured organic growth and we are delighted to have achieved a portfolio of high profile national & local customers. We take pride in the fact that all Directors and Senior Management play an active role in delivering our high-quality security services. Our operations team adopt a pro-active approach to maintaining good relationships with both our customers and our employees alike.

RISK Management Security Services: Accreditations

Risk Management Security Services is a Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor for the provision of Security Guarding & Keyholding. We were the first company to undergo the full four-day inspection, achieving accreditation in March 2006.

We continue to strive for better performance and this can be seen by our latest achievement of becoming a member of the ACS Pacesetters provided by the Security Watchdog, a scheme designed for those companies who are in the top 15% benchmarking and achievement levels set by the Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor Scheme.

Quality Management is vital in our Industry today and something that we are very proud of. We first obtained our NSI Certificate Accreditation (incorporating BS 7858, BS 7499, and BS 7984-1) from the National Security Inspectorate on 11 September 2006, and have held it ever since.

In 2009 we changed our approval route to the NSI Passport Scheme which incorporated additional features relating to the ACS Scheme. Holding such an accreditation proves that we consistently meet the highest standards, reinforcing the reliability of our company.

The SAFEcontractor scheme is designed to review and audit the health and safety policies, procedures and documentation to make sure that we are operating in line with basic health & Safety Requirements. We first achieved SafeContractor status in 2003 and have held it ever since.

Our SafeContractor Certificate Number is N00048703. We have maintained a structured growth and achieved a portfolio of high profile customers from a wide range of industries who benefit from our expertise within the security services market. We have also developed a large portfolio within the domestic market.
