Veeva Systems, a cloud-computing company in the pharmaceutical sector, sought enhanced security to protect employees during vulnerable times, such as after-hours and building lockdown. We met with Veeva to assess their needs and proposed a tailored security plan through our Oxford Patrol & Response Teams, leveraging our strong presence in Oxford Business Park. Following a detailed site survey, we developed assignment instructions and a risk assessment, approved by both parties. Since 2015, we have successfully adapted our services to support Veeva through office relocations, ensuring reliable protection and peace of mind.

Regal Court Business Centre in Slough required urgent security support after their barrier broke down. We promptly recommended Mobile Patrols from our Slough Patrol & Response Team, assessing site vulnerabilities, setting up instructions per BS 7499-3 standards, and mobilising service the same day. Our Mobile Patrol Officer noticed an internal gate in the car park that could be secured, adding an extra layer of protection, which greatly impressed the client. The patrol service continued until the barrier was repaired, and, due to our proactive support, Regal Court later awarded us their Keyholding & Alarm Response contract.

The Royal Star & Garter Homes, which provides award-winning care for veterans with disabilities or dementia, opened a new site in High Wycombe in 2019. To protect the premises during construction, we collaborated with their Operations Director to assess security needs, deploying Security Officers, Dog Handlers, and Mobile Patrols. Since the home’s completion, we continue to support them with Mobile Patrols, Dog Handlers, perimeter protection, and inspections as needed. This ongoing partnership allows us to adapt security strategies while sharing local intelligence to enhance protection for their facilities.
