Case Study: Oxford Patrol & Response

Veeva Systems is a cloud-computing company focused on pharmaceutical and life sciences industry applications. Security is an important factor in their business strategy, and they were looking for a solution to safeguard their employees out of hours and during vulnerable times such as locking the building.

>We met with Veeva Systems to conduct a full assessment of their requirements and to gain a full understanding of how our services would integrate with their operation. Following this, we provided a detailed proposal for the services that were most beneficial for Veeva Systems that gave their employees and facilities team full peace of mind.

Having a large presence throughout Oxfordshire and in particular Oxford Business Park and the surrounding areas, we were able to provide the services through our Oxford Patrol & Response Teams.

Once the service agreement was signed, we undertook a detailed site survey to capture specific site requirements that formed the assignment instructions and risk assessment, that were approved and signed off by both parties. We have successfully delivered our services to Veeva Systems since 2015 which has seen a change in office location and adapting our services accordingly.
