Case Study: DAF Trucks – Haddenham
DAF Trucks UK is a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in Europe, offering a complete range of trucks with their Head Office based in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire.
Our partnership with DAF Trucks has developed over the last twenty years and recently we managed the security operation whilst they moved to purpose built premises. This required us to deliver security services to both locations with one being decommissioned and the other being developed for full operational use.
The acquirement of new premises allowed for us and DAF Trucks to embark on a full review of security that maintained equal levels of protection for their employees and premises. Following various meetings and proposals the recommended solution was decided upon and we commenced mobilisation working closely with DAF Trucks to ensure all elements of this worked effectively with their facilities team.
Our Combined Solution consisted of Manned Guarding, Reception Services, Mobile Patrols, Keyholding & Alarm Response, and ad-hoc service requests, which saw our customer benefit from the effective integration of various services to meet their needs. This solution has successfully been in place for two years and the customer is confident that the chosen levels of security are aligned with their own operation.
