Case Study: Regal Court Business Centre – Slough

Following a last-minute call for assistance due to the breakdown of their barrier, Regal Court Business Centre were looking for a short-term security solution. We recommended Mobile Patrols through our Slough Patrol & Response Team, and this required us to assess the vulnerability of the Business Centre, design a set of instructions required under BS 7499-3 and mobilise the service the same day.

The frequency of patrols and prices were clearly presented to our customer and the work behind the scenes commenced. During our first visit our Mobile Patrol Officer noticed that there was an internal gate within their car park that could be secured, which he duly did, thus providing an extra level of security and our customer was extremely pleased with this proactivity.

The service continued until Regal Court Business Centre could permanently repair their barrier and at this point advised that due to the excellent service received that they would be placing their contract for Keyholding & Alarm Response with us.
